Great base for discovering Southend-on-Sea with efficient and knowledgeable staff in a warm and friendly manner by the owner. Delicious food and cool drinks. Stunning and brilliant location, close to New Empire Theatre. And just 10 min walking to city centre.

We had a really nice stay for two nights at the Gleneagles Guesthouse. the staff are excellent and efficient, and the rooms are brand-new and well-maintained. They offer a wicked breakfast and provide tea and coffee facilities.
